Gloria Laliberté comes from a strong background of athleticism and performance. Having ran track for over 10 years, and also competing in NPC bikini/figure shows for over 13 years, Gloria is no stranger to knowing how to get the human body in proper shape.

Gloria has a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology, and also is certified by NASM National Academy of Sports Medicine :CPT & PES.

 

Gloria has over 17 years experience as a personal trainer, helping thousands reach their fitness and athletic goals. Every fitness and diet plan is tailor-made for each client’s current level, in order to help them achieve their goals.
